A JTC food factory which is located close to the upcoming Enterprise MRT Station has been put on sale. The guide price for the detached property is S$18 million.
The 2 Enterprise Road factory is advantageously located at the junction of Enterprise Road and Jalan Boon Lay. It is part of the JTC “Chin Bee Food Zone” which is popularly known as.
There are several other manufacturers that are located close to this and they include the likes of Neo Garden, Olam and Meiji, GSK, Khong Guan and Unilever.
Cushman & Wakefield, the exclusive marketing agent for this sale stated that the factory has a GFA of 14,085 sq m and sits on a plot that encompasses land area of nearly 16,234 sq m.
At present the site has a single-storey industrial type building with well-furnished office space.
The factor has approvals for use as a warehouse and can also be used for food distribution as well as meat processing.
The warehouse also had lots of amenities including several loading bays, state-of-the-art production area, freezer room as well as a chiller room.
Out of its 60-year lease tenure which started in December 1972, fourteen years remain for the property which shall be offered on a vacant possession basis. The site falls under the Business 2 as per Master Plan of 2015 and has 2.5 plot ratio.

He added that the planned Enterprise MRT Station which will be part of the Jurong Region Line also adds to the advantage of the property as it will be only few meters from the site. He concluded by saying that they expect to see good amount of interest from F&B businesses for this site.
