The 114 Jalan Besar road shophouse occupies a total area of 1,173 square feet with a floor area of approximately 1,901 square feet. This property has a listed guide price of S$5.65 million.

Both of these shophouses are marked under the commercial zone according to 2019’s Draft Master Plan recommended by the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
Interested foreign or local buyers do not need either buyer’s or seller’s stamp duty to bid for these properties.
Both the shophouses have their own advantages, said Yap Hui Yee the associate director of CBRE’s capital markets.
Both of them are ready for occupation and interested buyers can immediately set-up their businesses without any delay. Moreover both enjoy front road entrances.
Since the shophouses that are up for sale have an old-world charm with unique architectural designs, Ms Yap said that their company expected equal interest from local as well as foreign investors.
